Schedule:
1. Lessons are always one-on-one for maximum learning and safety. No group lessons ever.
2. Lessons are 5 days per week, and in 10 minutes time slots. This frequency provides maximum retention of learned skills.
3. It will normally take 4-6 weeks to train a student. Sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the student. In 40 years of history, 4-6 weeks is the average.
4. If there is a weather or pool related delay or cancellation, you will be notified by phone to the contact number you provide the instructor. You will not be charged for lessons postponed due to the instructor or weather.
5. There should be no eating any foods or drinking of any milk products for 2 hours prior to the lesson.
6. Lessons missed for any reason will not be credited unless it is an instructor generated cancellation.
If the Instructor needs to cancel a lesson, there WILL be make-up lessons scheduled. There are no refunds.
National Registration Details:
There is a one-time ISR National Registration Fee of $105.00 per student.
Returning students, in a new calendar year outside their initial year, will pay a renewal registration fee of $35.00.
National Registration Fees can be can be paid online via Paypal, credit card, or personal check.
Your registration fee covers the cost of screening procedures for physical and developmental readiness of your child and your ISR Introductory Kit which will include your Parent Resource Book, and swim diaper.
Fee Structure:
1. One Time National Registration Fee: $105.00
2. Arrowhead Location Weekly Fee: $85.00 per week.
Community Centers (JCC): $90.00 per week.
Private In-Home lessons: $125 per week

4. Lessons typically run 4-6 weeks depending on skill goal and individual needs. Lessons are Payable via Credit Card (Paypal), Check, or Cash.
